Terms & Conditions
Payment
To secure your booking date, we require a 50% payment of the total cost stated in your quotation. The remaining 50% should be settled no later than one week before the event. Please include the quotation number and surname in the transaction description for proper payment recording. Any extension of shooting hours will result in additional charges based on your package rate.
Price Negotiation
We welcome inquiries for customized packages that can be tailored to suit your budget. However, please note that the final package price is non-negotiable as we firmly believe in the value of our hard work. At Focuz Studios, we are confident that we offer a fair and competitive package.
Copyright & Usage
We hold the copyright to all the images we capture, and we may use a few of them on our website for promotional purposes. As artists, we consider each image as a piece of art created by us and may need to showcase it. However, we never use your images for commercial purposes or selling; they are solely used to showcase our previous work to potential clients.
